As a coach, I've witnessed remarkable growth in young individuals by nurturing their innate capabilities. My coaching approach rests on two fundamental pillars: passion and patience. I'm deeply passionate about helping students become their best selves, and I'm unwaveringly committed to going the extra mile to help them achieve their goals. I recognize the uniqueness of each student, which is why I approach them with patient listening and adaptability. I thrive on casual, engaging interactions to understand who each student is so that I can guide them toward who they aspire to be. Honesty, dedication, and trust are the guiding principles in my life, and I firmly believe that the grass is greenest where you water it. Let’s begin the journey together!

  • Hiking – I grew up as part of the Scouts organization which kickstarted my journey of hiking. It has always brought me great peace and I love the challenge it brings.
  • Board Games – I started playing Monopoly as a child and have grown into a board game fanatic. My home is full of board games of all types now!
  • Zumba – I have recently started taking Zumba classes to get a bit more fit but have fallen in love with the opportunity to just dance silly and break a sweat.

Rapport-building and asking questions are integral to my coaching approach. Only through understanding what hinders students from achieving their goals can we effectively establish healthy habits.

My coaching philosophy centers on empowering students to shape their destinies through independent decision-making and stepping outside of their comfort zones for maximum growth.

My coaching philosophy centers on embracing open-mindedness and nurturing a growth mindset within students, empowering them to overcome feelings of stagnation, lack of motivation, or discouragement.

As a Coachbit Coach, my coaching philosophy is to actively engage with each student to identify areas for improvement or strengths they wish to enhance, so they can better reach their goals.
