  • Who are the coaches?

    At Coachbit, our coaches come from diverse backgrounds and excel in their respective fields. They undergo thorough screening, training, and background checks. You can explore their coach profiles here.

  • What is a coaching team?

    At Coachbit, we've designed a system where your child not only has their main coach for regular support but also has access to a whole team of coaches. Our coaching teams collaborate to provide different perspectives and expertise for a holistic coaching experience. It is basically like having a group of specialists working together to help your child succeed.

    This approach ensures that your child receives comprehensive support tailored to their needs, giving them the best possible chance to thrive and grow along their Coachbit Journey.

  • How will the coach interact with my child?

    Your child's coach will communicate with them through voice, video, and text messages within the Coachbit app, which is available on iOS and Android devices.

  • How much time does coaching take?

    Your child's coaching sessions happen every weekday, Monday through Friday, for 15 minutes at the same time. This regular schedule helps them stay accountable and consistent, which are key for learning and growing in habits, routines, and skills.

  • Is coaching suitable for college students?

    Coaching is highly beneficial for college students. We specialize in building productivity routines tailored to task management and study skills, which are essential for success in college. Additionally, our foundational routines support students in maintaining consistent morning and evening habits, addressing common challenges like lack of sleep and disorganization, which can hinder college performance.

  • Is coaching done via live video call?

    No, coaching sessions don't happen through live video calls. Instead, coaches communicate with students through text, video, and voice messages within the Coachbit app. The app also includes tools for organization and studying. We do this for a few reasons. Some students feel anxious about live video calls and might skip sessions. Also, using text, video, and voice messages makes the program more engaging and familiar for kids.

  • Can I request a specific coach?

    Once you've completed payment and shared your child's preferred schedule, we'll check your preferred coach's schedule and availability. If they're free during those times, we'll gladly pair them up with your child!

  • Can the coaching journey be customized for my child?

    Yes, the coach will customize the coaching journey to meet your child's needs.

  • At what age can my child start coaching?

    We welcome students starting from 10 years old, covering both school and college/university levels.

Billing

  • How much does it cost?

    You can view prices on our pricing page.

  • How does payment work?

    Behavior change takes time. So we offer subscription-based Payment Plans for 6, 12, or 18 months. You can pay Upfront (and get a 15% discount!) or pay Monthly. We run all our billing through Stripe (one of the most secure payment platforms in the world). You can pay using a credit or debit card.

  • How do I update my billing information?

    You can update your card details or billing information on your parent dashboard, under My Account, Billing. If you do not have access to the parent dashboard, please reach out to support at: support@coachbit.com.

  • Can I add a sibling to my subscription?

    Yes, you can add as many kids to your subscription as you would like. We offer a 20% sibling discount.

  • Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply, even if I have paid for an upfront subscription?

    Yes, the money-back guarantee applies for the first 30 days of coaching. If you cancel and request a refund at any point within the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund.

  • Can I pause coaching?

    Yes, coaching can be paused at any time during your subscription. If you would like to pause coaching, please email our support team at: support@coachbit.com. Coaching can be paused for 30, 60, or 90 days.

  • How do I cancel coaching?

    You can cancel at any time during your subscription. If you would like to cancel coaching, please email our support team at: support@coachbit.com. If you are subscribed to one of our longer-term subscriptions, please note that we charge an early cancellation fee (see our T’s and C’s).

  • How long is the program?

    Our program doesn't have a set duration because every child progresses differently. We tailor the coaching journey to your child's needs, understanding that progress in habits, skills, and routines varies over time. Our coaching supports continual growth, offering varying levels of difficulty in habits and skills and ensuring ongoing support without a fixed graduation period.

  • In which countries is coaching available?

    Coaching can be done from anywhere in the world. We have both students and coaches located internationally.

  • What devices does the Coachbit app work on?

    The Coachbit app is optimized for smartphones and works seamlessly on both iOS and Android devices. While it is also compatible with tablets, we recommend using it on smartphones for the best experience.
