With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Psychology, and a BPsych Equivalent in Psychometry, I am driven by a passion for understanding insights into behavior and how to implement effective lifestyle changes. With my thorough understanding of behavioral systems, I keep students engaged and interested in our sessions by maintaining a consistent structure and open communication. Helping young people thrive through inspiration and encouragement is a fulfilling and rewarding experience for me that all involved should benefit from and carry forward into their future.
- Music – Whenever I have free time, you can find me playing guitar, or trying to play piano! :)
- Nature – I enjoy spending time in nature by detaching from devices and screens.
