My coaching journey is driven by a deep passion for supporting students with ADHD and executive functioning issues. Having faced similar challenges growing up, I'm dedicated to helping students develop effective routines and achieve their best selves. One success story that stands out is working with a student who was determined to finish high school strong after a tough junior year and build a solid college foundation. Through setting achievable goals and maintaining new habits, he excelled in his senior year and successfully transitioned into his first semester at university. My coaching approach involves understanding each student's unique challenges and working with them to develop personalized strategies. Sessions typically start with a catch-up on the student's day, learning new habits or skills and setting tasks. I maintain student engagement online through building rapport and revisiting their personal goals. Regular communication with parents is vital to the coaching process, as their insights help shape our approach. I want to see lasting change in students, empowering them to use their learning habits to continue growing and achieving their best selves.

  • Animal watching – I love observing wild animals in their natural environment. I live near a wildlife reserve so I often go for day hikes and just enjoy watching how animals interact in nature.
  • Adventure activities – I have always liked these activities as I have done bungee jumping, shark cage diving, and zip-lining and I am always looking for new adventure opportunities.
  • Volunteering work – In my spare time I love assisting with community projects and local non-profits. I also help our local animal shelters take care of neglected dogs and place them in good homes.
