About me
For nearly two decades, endurance sports, discipline, and personal growth have been central to my life. I’ve completed an Ironman, four Half Ironmans, competed at two World Championships, and spent years racing as an elite cyclist. Those experiences taught me resilience, perseverance, and mental toughness, but more importantly, growth comes from consistency, not perfection. As a teenager, I was stubborn, competitive, and determined to improve. I know what it feels like to struggle, lose confidence, face setbacks, and start over. Spending countless hours training taught me how small daily habits create meaningful change, a lesson that still shapes how I support students today. Professionally, I’ve coached athletes with demanding schedules, careers, and family responsibilities. I learned how important it is to create realistic systems that help people succeed without feeling overwhelmed. Whether coaching an athlete toward performance goals or helping a student improve focus, routines, and confidence, my approach stays the same: calm support, clear structure, and steady progress. Students working with me can expect encouragement, accountability, and someone who genuinely believes in their potential. I focus on helping students build habits that fit their real lives while creating an environment where they feel supported, motivated, and proud of their growth. My goal is to help students become more confident, consistent, and capable. One small win at a time!
