My journey has taught me the power of the proper support. I had potential, but it wasn’t until I found structure, tools, and encouragement that I truly began to thrive. That experience shaped how I coach today, meeting students where they are, offering practical tools, and helping them see their capacity for success. With an Honours degree in Psychology, experience mentoring and tutoring undergraduate students, and a life coaching certification, I bring both academic grounding and human understanding to my sessions. Students can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and encouraged. We’ll work in small, manageable steps to build confidence, uncover strengths, and develop strategies that feel authentic and sustainable. I’ll walk alongside them every step of the way, holding them accountable while reminding them that real progress comes from their effort. Outside of coaching, I’m an artist at heart; I paint, photograph, edit videos, and see most of life as a work of art in progress. I’m also adventurous, always looking for new foods to try, new places to explore, and new experiences to embrace, especially outdoors.
