About me
I’m passionate about helping students feel understood, supported, and truly capable of more than they imagine. With training in Montessori education, TEFL/TESOL teaching, and experience supporting learners from early childhood through adolescence, I’ve learned that every brain is wonderfully different—and every student has their own kind of brilliance. I also know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with procrastination, focus, and self-doubt. That’s why my coaching style is warm, encouraging, and a little playful. I break big tasks into simple steps, help students build habits that fit their unique minds, and celebrate each small win as confidence and independence grow. Students can expect a coach who listens deeply, believes in them, and cheers them on, while parents can expect clear communication and steady support. I’m often described as “fun but firm,” and I take that as a compliment. I’ve been compared (quite honorably) to Mary Poppins. I also find endless inspiration in the discipline and artistry of both dance and martial arts. I believe deeply in the magic of finding people who truly understand you, that is something I experienced in a life-changing way during a journey to Los Angeles.
