02 · Why it works
Teens tune out parents.
They tune in to mentors. That's developmentally normal, and it's why the reminding/nagging cycle fails. A Coachbit coach is a young, trained mentor your teen actually wants to impress: daily check-ins in the app, live 1-on-1 video sessions, and progress you can see in weekly parent reports.
The daily model
A day with a Coachbit coach
Not a weekly appointment. A rhythm.
Outline first, perfection later. You've got this.
Tomorrow's already easier. See you at 7.
You see the change, without having to police it.
60+ habits to pick from: handpicked for what your teen needs most.
03 · One path, every stage
Habits set early carry all the way
Earlier is easier: routines built in middle school carry through high school. But older students see fast gains too, because the daily model meets them where they already live: their phone.
Same daily model. Different focus at every stage.

FAQ
Questions parents ask
What age should a child start executive function coaching?
We coach ages 11–21. Earlier is easier: habits set in middle school carry through high school: but high schoolers and college students see fast gains because the daily model meets them on their phone.
Is this an executive functioning class or 1-on-1 coaching?
1-on-1. Your child gets their own coach: daily in-app check-ins plus live video sessions (up to 5 a week, depending on your plan): not a group class or a curriculum to self-complete.
How is coaching for a 12-year-old different from a 17-year-old?
Same daily model, different focus: younger students build first routines (morning, homework, evening); older teens work on prioritization, study methods and independence. Coaches are matched to age and personality.
Do parents get visibility?
Yes: clear weekly progress reports, so you see the change without having to police it.
