Why parents love Coachbit

Flexible coaching for our neurodivergent daughter!
The app, the process and the entire experience was amazing. Coachbit made it so easy for us to engage and for my daughter to continue to learn. Coach Elizabeth was so kind and flexible as my daughter's schedule continued to get more and more busy. She was able to accommodate all of my daughter's different learning and engagement needs. I recommend Coachbit to any neurodivergent family looking for accessible help!

Highly recommend
Riordan was a wonderful executive function coach for my 13/14-year-old son, Trent. He not only helped Trent build practical skills like organization, time management, and follow-through, but also created a supportive and affirming space where Trent felt truly understood. They connected through shared interests like sports, which made the coaching relationship feel natural and motivating. Trent always looked forward to their sessions and came away with tools he could actually use in his daily life. Riordan's impact was meaningful, both emotionally and functionally — highly recommend!

Simple, Effective Coaching for Daily Structure
Coachbit has been a game-changer for our son with ADHD. It's helped him build consistent routines for school and home—something we struggled with for years. The daily check-ins and structure support his executive function skills in a way that actually sticks. He's more organized, motivated, and confident. Highly recommend for any parent navigating ADHD with their teen!

From B's and C's to almost all A's
Coachbit has been a godsend to our family, and Coach Robyn, in particular, is absolutely amazing. Our son started with Coachbit as an awkward eleventh grader with pretty significant executive functioning and ADHD issues. He was having a really hard time managing the various responsibilities in his life, and his motivation and confidence were plummeting as a result. In his first semester with Coachbit, his grades improved from B's and C's to almost all A's! With Coach Robyn's help, over time he has grown in to a calm, fairly confident college student with a plan to tackle life's daily challenges. We are so grateful -Thank you Coach Robyn!

I had my daughter enrolled on coachbit…
I had my daughter enrolled on coachbit for organizing her day to day study skills, planning. Coach Sinovuyo did an excellent job in helping her out through various segments like planning her daily routine, prepping for school work, time management, study skills, building her resume and above all encouraging and motivating her throughout the sessions. Coach Sinovuyo kept us updated with the ongoing progress of our daughter. I would highly recommend coachbit program and definitely Sinovuyo as your child's coach!!

Our daughter is more independent now
Coachbit has been an incredibly helpful service for my daughter in building strong organizational habits and routines. Over the course of a few months, Coach Tanika provided consistent guidance that helped her understand the importance of writing tasks down and sticking to a structured routine. The regular check-ins were instrumental in keeping her on track, and she gradually became more independent in managing her daily responsibilities. Now that my daughter has developed these essential skills, she no longer needs the check-ins, and we've ended our subscription. However, I truly appreciate the positive impact Coachbit has had on her growth. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to instill lasting habits and organization skills in their child!

Significant improvement
We are noticing a significant improvement with 11th grader's ability to manage assignments, track due dates, and prepare for tests in advance. His first quarter grades reflected this! I know this is directly connected to your work with him and the strategies you are helping him learn- thank you Coach Michelle!

Mathew is much more structured in his approach
I find that Mathew is much more structured in how he goes about his business. His clear desk was the first obvious change, and he has progressively improved. Sa-eedah Taliep has had a very good influence and Mathew's keeness to engage with her is palpable. Mathew is generally socially awkward, and he has shown some growth in this aspect.

We love coach Tanika
We love coach Tanika! She has been a godsend and we are so grateful for the help has given our son. She is patient and encouraging and willing to work with us and our son. He actually wrote an entire essay from start to finish on his own without any complaints or requests for assistance. He explained the different strategies that Tanika has shared with him and he seemed so much less overwhelmed and more in control of his schooling. His bed is made every day, he starts working without much involvement from us at all any more. It's a beautiful thing to see!

Coachbit is part of my daughter's team
Coachbit, specifically Coach Jessica, has been a great support for my daughter, who struggles with her planning and organizational skills. Coach Jessica has been very responsive to any comments or requests I have and she is detailed and thorough and willing to adjust her approach based on my feedback regarding my daughter's struggles. I'm grateful she is a part of my daughter's team.

Helped her stay on task
Coach Jessica has been working with my daughter and it's been wonderful. After the first few days I no longer had to remind her to check in with her coach, she independently does so. Coach Jessica has helped her stay on task and implemented tasks to prepare her for a successful school day. We also appreciate the continued communication with us. We're very thankful for the service they provide.

FAQs

What is executive functioning coaching?

Executive functioning coaching helps children improve planning, organization, and time management skills. At Coachbit, your child will meet one-on-one with a friendly coach over video calls and use our interactive app and calendar to build habits and routines that actually stick.

How does executive functioning coaching work at Coachbit?

We start by getting to know your child and their needs. Their coach then creates a personalized plan in our app, helps them track habits, and uses the Coachbit Calendar to bring structure to their day.

What skills does executive functioning coaching improve?

We work on important skills like self-control, working memory, planning, and time-management. We do this through fun, structured morning, productivity, and evening routines that help your child stay on track throughout the day.

Can coaching improve my child's daily routines?

Yes! We introduce structured morning and evening routines, plus a prioritized daily productivity routine, to help children build lasting executive functioning habits.

Why are executive functioning skills important?

Executive functioning skills are like your child's 'brain manager'. They help kids and teens manage their time, stay focused, and regulate their emotions. This gives them the tools to reach their goals in school, college, and beyond.

Can executive functioning skills be taught?

Yes! These skills develop in the brain as people grow. With the right coaching, practice, and tools, they can improve much faster. We use habit tracking, productivity tools, and structured routines to help them along.

Will executive functioning coaching help my child at school?

We target skills like time management, planning, focus, and getting started on tasks, all of which help kids perform better at school. Having a coach helps students stay accountable!

Is executive functioning coaching good for children with ADHD?

Yes! Many ADHD symptoms are linked to executive functioning challenges. Coachbit coaching uses structured habits and tools that help manage ADHD symptoms like hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention.

Do executive functioning skills improve over time?

They do. When kids consistently use strategies like prioritizing tasks, blocking time for work, and checking their own progress, these skills become second nature. The best part is that these improvements carry over to every area of life.

How is it different from tutoring?

Tutoring targets subject knowledge. Executive functioning coaching focuses on how students learn. We build skills like organization, focus, and self-motivation that help them in every subject.
