I'm delighted to introduce myself as a dedicated Coachbit Coach with a strong commitment to helping all students thrive and succeed. With my background as a dorm resident assistant at an international boarding school and my recent graduate education in International School Counseling, I've honed the art of listening, which I consider to be a cornerstone of my coaching practice. This skill allows me to ask insightful questions and truly engage with my students and their parents. I firmly believe that every student is unique and deserves a personalized approach to coaching. By actively listening to both students and parents, I can tailor my guidance to their specific needs, helping them reach their goals effectively. One of my greatest joys in coaching is getting to know my students on a deep level: their interests, dreams, and how they navigate the world around them. This intimate understanding enables me to facilitate the positive changes they desire. My coaching approach is anchored in core values that include kindness, curiosity, and care, not only in coaching but also in how I lead my life. This quote by Fred Rogers perfectly encapsulates my coaching philosophy: 'As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has - or ever will have - something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.' I'm excited to work alongside you and your child on their journey to success and self-discovery. Together, we'll unlock their full potential and celebrate their unique qualities.

  • Reading – Reading was my first gateway to experiencing and understanding the wider world, and I still turn to novels to deepen my curiosity, my empathy, and my own sense of self.
  • Knitting – I began knitting right around the beginning of COVID-19 and have pursued it relentlessly since! It is my favorite way to express my creativity and give to my loved ones.
  • Hiking – I have always loved the natural world, and hiking is the best way I've found to get up close to the plants, animals, and landscapes that I've always admired at a distance.
  • Watching baseball – Baseball has been a part of my life since early childhood, and it remains my favorite sport to this day.
  • Traveling – I love learning, and I appreciate travel for the tremendous opportunity it provides me to learn so many new things everywhere I go.
