I'm so grateful I found Coachbit
I have seen the results, and I'm thrilled. My son has transformed from a child who was scattered and overwhelmed to the first one ready to get out the door in the morning. He hops on homework without hesitation.

You should buy Coachbit, it's worth it
Coachbit has been transformational for our son! He is 11, has ADHD, and needed to work on many executive functioning needs... I am genuinely amazed (and delighted) by how much progress he has made.

My daughter was barely passing
My daughter was barely passing her grades and had a very negative outlook on life. Just 6 months of Coachbit assisted her to focus and thrive. It has been a year since she completed her coaching, but the good habits stuck.

Thank you, Coach Kyla!
Coach Kyla is very friendly and supportive. She motivated my daughter to stay more organized and practice strategies to stay on top of her work. My daughter has improved in submitting her assignments on time at school.

Amazing Progress in 1 month
No more missing assignments, all grades in the 90s, and getting to school is super easy with the new morning routine. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We are just loving Coachbit
I wake up and find the kids up before me, clean bedrooms. I can see they are becoming more responsible and doing things because they have a sense of ownership rather than being asked to.

The secret to quality sleep for your teen

Going to bed and waking up at the same time. Everyday.

Teenage boy sitting on the floor hugging a pillow, fast asleep.

Experts say teenagers need 8-10 hours of quality sleep daily. For many teens, getting enough sleep isn't the problem (it's difficult to wake them up most days, right?) - the problem is they aren't getting quality sleep.

So, how do we ensure they are getting quality sleep? Consistency.

Creating a consistent sleep schedule is the secret to better sleep quality. Waking up at the same time every day will regulate your child's internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. That means better focus, better mood, and a happier child!

But let's face it—getting a teenager to stick to a routine isn't always easy. A coach can help your child build routines that last, starting with something as simple yet powerful as waking up at the same time every day.
